Personal Protection Tip: Your chosen occupation can influence whether you will be a victim of crime. In general, the most dangerous jobs in America have at least one of three elements present: Contact with bad people, access to cash, and/or contact with the general public.

The most dangerous jobs in the Unites States are the following: urban cop, corrections officer, narcotics dealer, escort/prostitute, taxi cab driver, chauffeurs, deliverymen, and cashiers. If you wish to be as safe as possible, make a wise occupational choice.
