Michigan Concealed Pistol License Tips: As a CPL-holder, your blood alcohol content (BAC) must be less than 0.02 while you are carrying a concealed firearm. For most people, this limit will be reached with consumption of one beer, one glass of wine, or one shot of liquor.
Thus, do not legally carry a concealed firearm if you will be drinking. Either leave it at home, properly secure it in your vehicle, or give it to a friend who has a CPL and will not be drinking. Alcohol and firearms don't play nice together.
