A couple of days ago - December 17th, 2012 - I made another appearance on the "Charlie Langton Show" at 8:00am on station WXYT at radio frequency 1270 AM. We conducted two live segments over the public airwaves.During the two live segments over the air we discussed an issue that has been discussed a great deal in the media all across the state of Michigan - Michigan Bill SB-59. This proposed legislation, if it had been enacted, would have allowed people with Concealed Pistol Licenses to legally conceal carry handguns in Pistol-FREE Zones. Currently, CPL-holders can only Open Carry firearms in Pistol-FREE Zones.
Of course, we now know that Governor Snyder veto'd the bill.
