A: Two laws are relevant. For conceal carry (with a CPL) the BAC is 0.02. The only other provision for BAC - for non conceal carry - is the offense of possessing a firearm while intoxicated. Presumably, that limit is 0.08. Having said all of that, I do not advise one to carry a firearm if they have been drinking.
