A: Parking lots are exempted with respect to Pistol Free Zones for CPL-holders. As such, you would not be in violation of the law for leaving your firearm in your car in the lot. However, you would probably be in violation of your employer's (School District) rules for teacher conduct. As such, you could lose your job if discovered. One solution is to not park in the school's lot.
