A: By today's standards, shooting one-handed is an advanced skill. Most beginners are taught to shoot using both hands. The biggest issue is whether your shooting method violates the Standard Operating Procedure of the gun range. Each facility make its own rules regarding what they allow and don't allow.
In any case, ANY shooter is liable for the results of his actions, regardless of HOW he shoots. Bottom Line: If you can safely shoot with only one hand AND the range allows it AND you can to do so safely, I don't have a personal problem with a person doing so. In fact, I coach graduates of my CPL Class - in private sessions - how to do so with their strong hand and their weak hand.
