A: As long as patriots and believers in the US Constitution exist, there is always a chance that the Second Amendment will be recognized from sea to shining sea. For example, there is a chance that lawful "shall issue" conceal carry will soon exist in the state of Illinois. As for New York and New Jersey, one day, they too will be free if we fret not.
