Personal Protection Tip: Cover Door Peep-Holes

Personal Protection Tip: Cover Door Peep-Holes

Peep-Holes are great security devices to have installed in doors because they allow home-owners or hotel guests to see who is on the other side before making a decision to open it. However, if they are not covered when not in use, peep-holes can, under the right circumstances, create a security liability.
Nowadays, anybody possessing a device known as a "Compact Reverse Peep-Hole Camera" can easily look inside your home or hotel room to survey the landscape before launching an invasion. These devices are relatively inexpensive and can be bought  for under $40 at Amazon.
Thus, if you do not want bad guys to be able to survey your home or hotel room, you should install inexpensive peep-hole covers for your doors at home and purchase a portable model for use when you travel away from home.
