Blacks and Latinos Against Racist Empowerment (BLARE) conducted a peaceful rally at the state Capitol to draw attention to the topic of police brutality. It is a topic that had been in the news lately. Accordingly, Rick Ector organized the event and enlisted the support of his friends and supporters to speak out on the subject in Lansing.
